Whereas we hope you never need to make a return or exchange, we understand that sometimes these policies are just necessary.
Coffee
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment!
Apparel/Gear
When we begin to offer non-perishable goods, Apparel and unopened gear may be returned for Credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are still in the sealed, original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at theroastedcrow@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- All quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Please respond to your order confirmation email upon reception. If the wrong shipping address or item was input at checkout, this is the only time you will be able to make changes to your order.
- Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges will fall on the consumer and are not eligible for a refund.
